Domaine Comte Armand – Clos des Epeneaux
Pommard, Volnay, Meursault – Biodynamie
Le Domaine Comte Armand, situé au centre du village de Pommard, est également appelé Domaine des Epeneaux pour sa célèbre parcelle en monopole du Clos des Epeneaux, plantées sur 5 ha par Nicolas Marey à la fin du XVIIIème siècle.
Le domaine s’agrandit en 1994, avec de nouvelles parcelles à Volnay et à Auxey-Duresses. Aujourd’hui, Olivier Armand est propriétaire des 9 ha de vignes et Paul Zinetti, l’actuel maître de chai, l’épaule dans ce que le propriétaire appelle “la profession de foi” du domaine. Ils souhaitent donner un nouveau souffle plus contemporain à la production sans toutefois trahir l’héritage passé.
